Grilled Steak with Bearnaise and cucumber sauce

2 fillet steaks about 150g each
butter
salt & pepper
10cm piece of cucumber
4 tablespoons Mary Berry's Béarnaise Sauce

Preheat grill on high. Line grill pan with foil. Season steaks on both sides, top with butter. Peel and de-seed cucumber and dice into small cubes. Grill steaks on the highest setting for 2 minutes each side for medium rare.

Just before serving add to sauce and serve with steaks.
