Bangers and Mustard Mash

One of Britain's favourites, here's our version.  So simple it's brilliant!

500g/ 1 lb 2oz potatoes
1 medium onions, sliced whole
8 good sausages
a good knob of butter
little milk
220g Mary Berry's Mustard Dressing
sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Freshly chopped chives or parsley to decorate

1.   Bring the potatoes to the boil in salted water, cover and simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.  (This will depend on the size you have cut them up).
2.   Meanwhile saute the onion in a non stick pan, then add the sausages and cook for 8 - 10 minutes until done, turning over during cooking.
3.   Drain the potatoes, then mash, adding butter, a little milk and Mary Berry's Mustard Dressing and season to taste.
4.  Serve the sausages on the plate with a generous helping of mash, decorate with the onions and some freshly chopped chives or parsley.
