Lemon, Salmon & Thyme Pasta in Five! 450g/ 1lb penne pasta 1 tablespoon butter 1 medium onion, finely chopped 6 x salmon fillets, skinned and chopped into 1 inch square cubes 6 tablespoons Mary Berry's Lemon & Thyme Sauce grated zest of 2 lemons 2 tablespoons fresh thyme finely chopped 1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the penne and cook for about 13 minutes or according to packet instructions until al dente. 2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onion, fry for a few minutes over a high heat, add the salmon pieces and cook over high heat for a few minutes. Stir in cooked pasta and Mary Berry's Lemon & Thyme Sauce. Stir and add lemon zest and fresh thyme. 3. Season to taste and serve immediately.
